I’ve decided that I wanted to actually enjoy my nail polish/ manis and going to change polish every week instead of 2-3 times a week.

This weeks mani:

Nail Pop in Vintage (pastel/ light creme blue) with 22k gold leaf top coat on accents

I LOVE this combo!  My sister lives in London and sent me the Nail Pop polish and the gold leaf top coat was made by a friend.

Anyone else always dread getting a jury duty summons?  I know I do.  I got once almost a month ago for the district court and after calling in for the second time last night, I got the “you don’t have to report and have now completed jury duty” message.  I was so relieved.

Wet n Wild Red Red

I put this on yesterday and am in love!  I love a good red and even more so if it’s opaque in 1 coat!!  I think I might be sporting this color all week which says a lot.

It’s been a long time and I apologize but I’ve been super busy.  I finished my school semester with straight A’s and now I’m job searching.  I’ve been sending out resumes and interviewing.  Turns out I’m “overqualified.”  That’s right, me who has an AA in Economics and five years of work experience is “overqualified.”  Blah.  I know there is a job out there for me waiting for me to find it

I know I’ve been lacking in the posts department but school and life has officially caught up with me.  I have 3 1/2 weeks til the end of my semester and I’m actively job searching.  Other than that, life has been great and I’m finally in a place where I’m ready to venture out and meet new people =D  And for inquiring minds, I’ve been in the process of working on myself for the past 3 years, since the break up with my ex (aka baby daddy).  What happened in the past is in the past, and now that I’m happy with myself, I’m able to provide a lot more for not only myself but for my son as well.  Enough jibber jabber, onto the good stuff

I love this look!  Really, I’m loving yellow eyeshadow on my skin tone.  If this is a bit much, try a yellow eyeshadow with a brown in the crease- it makes it look much softer.
